- Provision of our cleaning team for your utmost comfort and for the maintenance of the accommodation for the duration of your stay. Please let us know the dates you would like to clean at least 48 hours before your arrival, in order to organize the passages with our cleaning teams.

To ensure a pleasant experience, please review the House Rules, which must be known and respected by all guests in your booking group to avoid any issues with the Airbnb platform and local authorities.
HOUSE RULES:
It is your responsibility to communicate the House Rules to each member of your booking group, so that everyone has a perfect knowledge of the rules of the accommodation and awareness of the risks incurred in the event of a breach:
1. In accordance with Moroccan law, each guest in your booking group must present their passport when you enter the accommodation, complete an information sheet available to local authorities, and sign the Owner's House Rules that they undertake to comply with.
If a member of your booking group refuses to comply with these legal obligations, the Host reserves the right to deny access to the accommodation to your entire booking group.
2. It is forbidden to host people outside of your booking group in the accommodation, without the permission of the Host and the Owner.
3. No parties are allowed in the listing or noise disturbances that may disturb the tranquility of the neighborhood. During the day, it is forbidden to play loud music or make noise.
4. Guests must respect the Moroccan law, only married Moroccan couples can rent the accommodation. A copy of the Marriage Agreement " is required for permission to stay in the accommodation. This law does not apply to non-Moroccan nationals.
5. It is strictly forbidden to accommodate prostitutes in the accommodation. In the event of a violation of this rule. Guests will be solely responsible for their actions in relation to the Police and the Moroccan Justice authorities, and they will assume the consequences alone: filing a complaint with the Court of Justice, criminal sanctions, convictions and fines.
6. This accommodation is non-smoking. No smoking inside. Smoking and vaping are allowed only in the outdoor space in Rooftop. Please put your cigarette pellets in the ashtrays available.
7. It is forbidden to bring illegal substances into the listing.
8. Hours where calm must be respected: from 11:00 p.m. in the evening until 08:00 in the morning.
9. Pets are not allowed inside the unit.
10. No commercial or advertising photography or video is allowed inside the unit.
In the case of non-compliance with these rules, the host reserves the right to terminate your reservation without refund. In the case of refusal to vacate the accommodation within 4 hours maximum, the Host reserves the right to request the legal eviction of guests by the Local Police.
The Company and the Owner cannot be held responsible for a serious accident or death in the property.

Additional house rules to understand and follow:
- Your welcome in the accommodation with key exchange is to be scheduled together between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. In order to respect the stay and the tranquility of the group of guests before you, and to give our team of cleaners time to clean and prepare the space for your group, you cannot enter the listing earlier.
- Your departure from the accommodation is scheduled at 11:00 am on the day of your departure. In order to respect the stay and the tranquility of the group of guests after you, and to give our team of cleaners time to clean the space after you check out, you cannot check out later.
- Please check your airport landing times on the day of your arrival, and your take-off times on the day of your departure. Your check-in and check-out times must respect the times when our team is available to welcome you, and we do not have storage space for your luggage before your arrival or after your departure.
- In order to provide you with the best possible experience, thank you for being aware that logistics is important to welcome you in the best conditions. Please let us know as soon as your reservation is confirmed your arrival and departure times in order to plan your check-in and check-out together.
- The property must be kept in good condition for the duration of your stay. If needed, we provide our team of housekeepers (paid service).
- In case of property damage, breakages or electricity/plumbing issues, please notify us immediately for prompt intervention. Depending on the circumstances of damage or breakage, the Host reserves the right to request a refund from guests.
- Only the equipment and supplies mentioned in the listing are present in the accommodation: elevator, shower, air conditioning, freezer, kitchen, gas stove, hot water, oven, washing machine, refrigerator, paid parking outside the property, wifi. The Host may not be blamed for the lack of an amenity that is not listed. You have the option to buy directly from the supermarket the equipment and supplies you need during your stay (water bottles, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, iron, salt, pepper, spices, baking paper for the oven, kitchen equipment, clothes drying rack, etc.).
- Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that you have closed all electronics and turn off all lights when leaving the listing.
